GFOA Annual Conference TOUR  REGISTRATION

June 1-4, 2013

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:
The early bird registration with the 10% per tour savings deadline is April 1, 2013. After this date, tour registration will be taken on a space available basis via the internet through May 20, 2013. After May 20, 2013 registration will be taken on a space available basis only at the Moscone Center Tour Desk. After the registration deadiine date prices per tour will increase $10.00 on-site.

TOUR CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations or exchange requests must be received in writing by May 20, 2013. If ticketholder requests a tour cancellation, all pre-registration money will be returned minus a $9.00 per tour cancellation fee.

REFUNDS:
There will be no refunds or exchanges after May 20, 2013, unless a tour is canceled due to failure to meet minimum participation requirement. In the event of a Cappa & Graham cancellation, you will be notified by May 20, 2013 via email if a tour that you have booked has been cancelled due to lack of participation. You will receive a full refund for the cost of the tour only. Cappa &Graham, Inc. retains the right to cancel any tour where requirements are not met. Cappa & Graham reserves the right to make comparable substitutions if circumstances beyond our control necessitate a change in any element of the stated program. All tours will operate rain or shine.

TOUR DEPARTURES:
Please arrive at the Moscone North driveway 15 minutes prior to departure time. Tours depart promptly.

Tickets will be held at the Moscone Center Tour Desk and can be picked up during tour desk hours. The hours are: Saturday thru Monday 8 am-4 pm and Tuesday 8 am-9 am.
