To promote health and wellness, we provide walking distance, number of steps and estimated walking time between shuttle pick-up and drop-off points on hotel lobby cards for all
convention attendees

To support our clients' environmental endeavors, we offer alternative fuel vehicles, third-party accredited carbon offsets, and 100% recycled content paper lobby cards as an alternative to traditional and non-recyclable foam core signage. Additionally, we maintain a no idling policy,
ensure our motorcoach partners perform environmentally responsible maintenance, and recycle used oil, batteries, antifreeze and tires.
- To support our clients' mandate to be fiscally responsible, we recommend that all clients requiring shuttle systems consider reducing their coach numbers by one-third when looking for
transportation.
